New Years Glassware

It is almost New Year’s Eve and for most people that means fun parties with friends and family. We wanted to share with you a quick and easy way to spice up your glassware.

You will need glitter paint (we used Martha Stewart brand in Florentine Gold and Rose Quartz), clean glassware, small paint brushes and thin glass tape.

We used the Rose Quartz to create pink polka dots for a festive cocktail. Simply add dots randomly around the entire glass. Be sure to not go too close to the top for drinking purposes.

For the champagne glasses we used the Florentine Gold glitter paint to accentuate the champagne color. Paint a thicker amount at the bottom of the glass and taper off as you go up the glass.

There are many options for the rocks glasses. We decided to use glass tape to create a zig-zag mosaic type look. Use the tape and wrap it in random lines around the glass. Paint the entire area with the glitter paint. After the paint has dried, peel off the tape to reveal your design.

In the end you will have fun, festive and one-of-a-kind glasses for your New Years Eve party.
