Save on Seasonal Flowers

Flowers may be a luxury item but they don’t have to put a major dent in your event budget. One major way to save on flowers is to buy what is in season. Here are some fun ways to incorporate winter flowers.

Winter flowers include Acashia, Alstromeria, Amaryllis, Carnation, Chrysanthemums, Cyclamen, Evergreens, Gerbera Daisy, Ginger, Helleborus, Holly berry, Lily, Asiatic Lily, Casa Blanca Lily, Narcissus, Orchid, Pansy, Pepperberry, Phlox, Protea, Queen Ann’s Lace, Roses, Star of Bethlehem, Statice.

Sometimes florists will have extra flowers from a recent event or wedding so ask your local florist if they have a surplus of any flowers on-hand for additional savings.
