From Obsessive to Organized:

I’m Justin Klosky, a Los Angeles–based professional organizer and founder of O.C.D. Experience. I help individuals, families, and businesses create simple, lasting systems for their homes and digital lives, so everything has a place, and nothing gets lost.

Diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder as a child, I spent years learning how to turn that challenge into a structured, repeatable system. What started as helping friends get organized has evolved into a method used by high-performing clients, companies, and households looking to eliminate chaos and operate with clarity.

Today, I work at the intersection of physical and digital organization, helping people streamline their environments, reduce friction, and build systems that actually hold. Because in a world where everything is moving faster, clarity is no longer optional, it’s a competitive advantage.

How O.C.D. Experience Began

The O.C.D. Experience was built on one idea: organization should be simple, repeatable, and sustainable. After studying at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and working in film and television, Justin Klosky began helping people get organized in a way that actually held. What started as a personal passion quickly evolved into a system used by clients across New York, Los Angeles and beyond.

Built Through Real Results

Through word of mouth, the work grew rapidly, serving as a professional organizer to clients including Bryce Dallas Howard, Noah Wyle, Josh Gad, Kim Kardashian West, Sharon & Jack Osbourne, Paul Feig, Topher Grace, Katee Sackhoff, and more.

Recognized Across Media

Justin’s work has been featured on Good Morning America, The Talk, Dr. Oz, The Doctors, and Anderson Cooper’s daytime show, establishing him as a trusted authority in organization and lifestyle systems.

From Homes to Fortune 500 Companies

Beyond residential work, Justin has led national campaigns for companies like Lysol, StorQuest, and Dell Technologies—bringing organization, efficiency, and systems thinking into both homes and businesses.

Products, Systems, and Scale

Justin is also the creator of patented organizational products, including the O.C.D. Wallet, and author of Organize & Create Discipline: An A–Z Guide to an Organized Existence (Penguin Random House) and the O.C.D. Inventory App.

What began as organizing spaces has become a system for organizing lives.

The O.C.D. PROCESS

Icon

A simple, repeatable system designed to create lasting organization, not temporary fixes.

1. Assess

We evaluate your space, your habits, and where breakdowns are happening, physically and digitally.

2. Simplify

We remove what doesn’t serve you and reduce friction so your space becomes usable again.

3. Systemize

Everything gets a clear home. We build systems that are intuitive, sustainable, and easy to maintain.

4. Sustain

We ensure your systems hold, so you stay organized long after we leave.

Whether it’s a single space, a full home, or your digital life, the process remains the same: create clarity, reduce overwhelm, and build systems that last.

WHY O.C.D. Experience
Over other
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIzERS?

Most professional organizing services focus on the result. We focus on the system behind it.

We Build Systems That Last

We don’t just organize your space—we design simple, repeatable systems that hold long after we leave. We focus on the system behind it.

Physical + Digital Organization

Your home and your digital life are connected. We organize both, so everything works together seamlessly. We focus on the system behind it.

Tailored, Not Template

Every space, every client, every lifestyle is different. We build around how you actually live, not how organization is “supposed” to look.

We focus on the system behind it.

Discipline Over Decoration

Organization isn’t about making things look good—it’s about making life work better. We teach the discipline so you can maintain it.

asked questions

How does an O.C.D. professional organizer differ from the competition?

At Organize & Create Discipline®, we go beyond simply organizing your space. We collaborate with you to create order and then teach you how to maintain an organized lifestyle with a disciplined approach. While aesthetics are important, our primary focus is on functionality—streamlining your life so everything works better for you. Once that’s in place, we’ll help make it look great too!

What areas do you service?

We service mainly the Los Angeles area but have traveled all around the country and world providing our services.

At-home consultation vs phone consultation?

We find that clients are ready to jump right in on day one. That’s why we’ve streamlined our process with a quick phone consultation instead of an at-home visit. During the call, we discuss your needs and review photos of your space, so we’re fully prepared when we arrive.
If you prefer an in-home consultation, we’re happy to accommodate for a fee. However, if you proceed with our services, the consultation cost will be credited toward your project.

How do I schedule a session?
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

Life happens, and schedules change—we understand that. We accept cancellations/scheduling changes without penalty 48 hours in advance.

How do you charge?

Organizing services are charged by session or project with a 4-hour minimum per session. Please book a consultation for further pricing information.

How do you know where to start?

We start where you need the help most. Once we walk in your door we will do a thorough walk-through of your space with you to determine the goals, expectations, and timeline. The beginning can seem overwhelming, but that is why we are there with you.

What can I expect during an organizing session?

You can expect what you are willing to give, of yourself and of your space. If you want to change you will get change and in each session, you will find clarity through Organize & Create Discipline. As a professional organizing company servicing clients all around the world, we have found that each session is unique to the client, but one thing that is consistent is that if you set goals with us those goals will be accomplished before our departure.

Will I have to throw all my stuff away?

Of course not. Getting organized isn’t about getting rid of things, but getting rid of things allows you to really decide what is important in your life. Throwing things away can be a part of the process, but isn’t necessary. As you dive deeper into organizational bliss you will start making decisions that impact your surroundings and then have a direct connection with your belongings. Having trash bags on-site will be important as you continue the process of getting organized you will want to purge, donate and make room for new.

Do you design closets?

At O.C.D. Experience, we provide organizational consultations for your closets. We work directly with our O.C.D. closet specialist, who can build closets of all shapes, sizes, and functionalities tailored to your needs. Our partners are vital to creating a full-service experience for you.

Do I have to be home?

Nope. Although it is important for us to meet you before we enter your home and once trust has been established, you can feel free to do whatever you need to do while we do what we do best. It is important that we spend a small amount of time with you to go through your belongings prior to us organizing.
